Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- unworn and unused
- in original condition
- free from damage or stains
- returned in original packaging when possible

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- personalized or custom items
- seasonal limited-release products
- gift cards
- worn or washed apparel
- items marked final sale
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will gladly work with you to make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order after your return has been approved.
